  2. Not only do you have the flexibility of your own vendors, but you have the venue for 3 days to ensure you have plenty of time to set up, celebrate, and clean up in a timely manner where you are not rushed.

  3. Even better, you can add lodging to your venue package to make your time here even more significant.

  4. Our location, which is perfectly situated in the TN Valley, right at Alabama-Tennessee state line. We are a great affordable wedding venue in southern middle Tennessee!

Full access to our property includes three incredible ceremony sites to choose from, perfect for indoor or outdoor, rain or shine.

What’s included in the Wedding Weekend venue cost?

    • Exclusive access to our 36-acre private oasis Starting Thursday 4pm-Sunday 12pm.

    • Indoor and outdoor ceremony site selections from country, modern farmhouse, to pure serenity.

    • Versatile indoor climate-controlled reception space holding 200 comfortably for dinner, cocktail hour, and dancing. Bonus: back up plan for holding ceremony inside for too cold, too hot, or rainy days.

    • Select your own vendors- From choosing your own caterer to selecting all your own vendors to suit your budget and style. Or if you want to make it easy check out our available dates for our all-inclusive wedding package.

    • Large caterers dream of a commercial kitchen. Includes warming oven, additional warming boxes, large walk-in cooler,, ice machine, two 3-compartment sinks, plenty of workspace with prep tables, easy access to reception area with two entry doors into the kitchen, several storage racks, and prep tables.

    • You may think country means roughing it, not at our venue. Beautiful, clean, indoor restrooms are included in the reception area. Additional restrooms in The Cottage and Quarters for the Bridal Party.

    • Spacious gravel parking with ample lighting for you and your guest. Handicap and host reserved spots right at the front to our paved walkways to the venue for easy loading and unloading.

    • Set up, tear down, and Janitorial - Set up all tables and chairs for up to 200 guests inside reception area and outdoor ceremony. Tear down of all venue & ceremony tables and chairs. Janitorial services to stock all toiletries in venue, cottage, and quarters. Janitorial to take care of trash, sweeping, moping, trash bags included, and full clean up. You are only responsible for removing the items you brought with you the day of the event.

    • The Lofton Team member on site Saturday for 8 hours-Team members help with any mechanical venue related issues during the event. (Trash, lights, power, water, breakers popping, needing more chairs, tables, supplies for example)

    • 30 days prior to the wedding planning session to go over vendor information, space layouts, and plans.

    • Various carts are included for loading and loading all your weekend needs.

    • Available Lodging option for 12 within walking steps from the venue. You will fall in love with “Serenity”. Our very own Airbnb right on site to comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests. You have the first choice to add this onto your weekend package and your guest ONLY have second choice. We do not offer this home to anyone that is not attending your wedding.

    • Two private Dressing room areas for the wedding party including their own restrooms.

    • 1,000’s of beautiful décor items.

    • Outdoor yard games for cocktail hour.

    • Mahogany Resin Folding Ceremony Chairs for 200.

    • Reception tables and Fruitwood Chivari chairs for 200.

Stay at Serenity

Our onsite exclusive lodging within walking steps from the venue, which means you can be more present during your wedding celebration, surrounded by your loved ones.

“Serenity” Is the place you didn’t know you needed on your wedding weekend. You and your guest will love sitting on our wrap around porch during your weekend at The Lofton. You may even catch an eye or two on the little wildlife families that surround the property.

    • Check-In Thursday 4pm

    • Check-Out Sunday 12pm-Cleaning fees included.

    • Bathrooms-Hair dryer, Shampoo, Body Wash, Hot water, Soap, Toilet Paper, & Towels.

    • Bedrooms-Bed Sheets, Hangers, Bed linens, Extra pillows and blankets, Full Length Mirror, Iron, Iron Board, TV.

    • Entertainment-TV, Air Hockey, Darts, & Poker table.

    • Heating and cooling- Air conditioning & Heating.

    • Washer and dryer

    • Home safety-Private gated entrance, Security cameras on property- Our homes are equipped with a motion-activated EXTERIOR video camera. No video recording devices are located inside of the home, Smoke alarm, Carbon monoxide alarm, Fire extinguisher, & First aid kit.

    • Kitchen and dining- Kitchen, Space where guests can cook their own meals, Refrigerator, Microwave, Cooking basics, Pots and pans, oil, salt and pepper, Dishes and silverware, Bowls, plates, cups, etc., Dishwasher, Stove, Oven, Keurig Coffee maker.

    • Location features- Private gated entrance.

    • Outdoor-Backyard, wrap around porch, BBQ grill.

    • Parking and facilities- Free parking on premises.

    • Essentials Starter Pack: Coffee k-cups, dish soap, laundry pods, dishwasher soap, sponge, paper towels, toilet paper, and trash bags. (Please plan to bring extra if needed)

    • Services- Assistance animals are always allowed.

    • Self check-in-Keypad Check yourself into the home with a door code.

We require a $1m event insurance policy with The Lofton listed as the additional insured. Approximate cost for this policy-$240.

Pricing subject to change at any time. Your contract rate and terms will be based on the date the contract is written, not the date of the tour. (Sometimes couples tour weeks or months before they book, or before we open a future year calendar for booking. If there has been a change in rate, the contracted price/terms will be based on the date we wrote the contract, not the date of the tour.)
